At Deputy Department, we want you to be fully satisfied with your style; if a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
